Everybody has their own way of doing things and this is mine. lol
First find an image that you want to use. In PSP go to the layer pallet and duplicate the image.
Now you should have two layers like this.
Go to the tool pallet and choose the cone brush.
On the image find an area that you want to use for the color of the eyes when they are closed.
Right click that area and go to one of the eyes to color with a left click of the mouse you will see the color appear. Click it as many time as need to fill in that area of the eye and continue until the both eyes are covered.
You can change the size of the brush by going to tool options pallet.
Choose the pencil tool
we are going to make a few lines to give the blink effect a natural look. On your tool options pallet choose point to point, size 2 ( depending on the size of the image).
This is how the eyes should look.
Now it is time to save your work as a tube. Click save
and name your tube.
Open Animation Shop, browse folder
for tube and click to open. Right click on first frame (eyes open) to set the frame properties (this is the speed of the frame).
The first frame set at 300 and the second frame at 10, this will give a more natural look. Save
and name your animation. Use the custom button to set customize optimization to convert pixels less than 70 27% opacity to full and yes, blend with this color.
This is the finished product.
