Open your sigtag in PSP and make sure you click on it to make it active.
You want to make a new raster layer for the name so that you can move it around on the tag and arrange it just right, so click on Layers/New Raster Layer The name can be anything you like.
Now click on the Text tool, it is the letter "A" on your tool bar. This will open up your text tool and this is where you type in the name, choose a color or texture, font and size. Here are the settings I used for this example, you can change them but make sure in create as.... you put check marks in Floating and Antialias. Decide on a font, size of the name, and using the box marked Fill, choose a color or texture to fill you name with.
CLICK OK
Your tag should now resemble this Do NOT deselect the text, it needs to have the marching ants blinking to add effects!
First click on your mover tool to position the text. You will notice when you run your mouse over the name, it will change the way it looks, you want to click on it when it looks like a four way arrow, in order to be able to move it around.
Now is where you can get creative! Use any filters or effect you like to achieve the look you want for your text.
Here is what I have done with this tag.
With the text still selected, click on Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel I used the same inner bevel settings we used on the frame for the sigtag, so it should still have those settings if you didn't change them. Click Ok
Now click on Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and use these settings
Vertical - 4 Horizontal-4 Opacity-63 Blur-0 Color - Black
